AAIG 2021 NATIONAL SUMMIT PROCEEDINGS

In the current VUCA environment, the UST Alumni Association Inc. (USTAAI) in partnership with the UST Graduate School Center for Continuing Professional Education and Development (UST GS CCPED) is cognizant of the challenges that thousands of fresh graduates experience in search for a rewarding employment and career in the world of work, and believe that there is a need for a meaningful conversation among the powerful players that create or break the future of the alumni, namely, the academe, industry and government. Such conversation will hopefully achieve inclusive and sustainable development for the alumni and the country.

As a follow through of the ” Academe, Alumni, Industry and Government” or AAIG Summit in February 2019, the USTAAI and UST GS CCPED deems it fit to embark on the National Multisectoral Summit for Educational Transformation: An Academe – Alumni – Industry – Government Collaboration (AAIG 2021) to call for the Commission of Higher Education (CHED) , Department of Education (DepEd), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), basic and tertiary education institutions, industry, and government agencies to forge a common innovative pathway to inclusive and sustainable life success for the alumni and development for the country.

The main objective of this webinar series is to catalyze the transformation of the Philippine educational landscape towards Education 4.0 by enjoining the academe, alumni, industry, and government sectors to come together in dialogue to adapt innovative and collaborative practices in bridging the academe and industry gap. The AAIG 2021 aims to provide an efficient platform for feedbacks and continuing conversation for future engagements and to build a robust ecosystem where fast incubation, and birth of innovative pathways lead to inclusive life success and national development
